REGISTRATION FEES
Normal registration until 15/10/2021: 150 USD
Normal registration after 15/10/2021: 200 USD
Student registration: 70 USD (proof required)
Domestic registration: 2.000.000 VND
- Delegates who register to report online receive a 50% discount on the attendance fee (Only applicable to foreign delegates, people in Covid-19 epidemic areas must practice social distancing)
- Delegates registering to receive the conference proceedings (except for the report authors) need to pay a fee of 500.000VNĐ
- For student registration, an official confirmation from the education institution is required at the conference registration desk on 04/11/2021.
- Delegates who only attend online (no papers and reports) are completely free to register.
- The fees include admission to all scientific sessions, the publication of 1 paper in the conference proceedings, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events. In order to have 1 paper published at least 1 registration fee has to be paid by 15/10/2021.
To facilitate the payment confirmation, authors are required to add details on paper ID (PID) and Contact (CT) Phone -number/Email of the corresponding author as instructed below:
